Special Orders / Pre-Orders
On occasion, we may hold sales and may give the opportunity to take advantage of special offers by pre-ordering items in advance.
Additionally, should you wish to order in an item that we may not have in stock, a special order can be placed.
In these situations, full payment will be required in order to secure and order the item.
Please contact us within 90 days of the purchase and we will assist you through our returns process for:
- Damaged or Faulty Items
- Items received that were not what you ordered
Change of Mind
We are happy to assist with a refund or exchange providing the item is undamaged, in new condition in shrink wrap, and you are able to provide a receipt as proof of purchase. Please contact one of our team via email@example.com and they will be able to assist.
